The retest exam is mailed to the IICRC Global Resource Center to score and then can take 4-6 weeks for results.
This requires a personal desktop or laptop computer with Windows or current Mac OS.
The device must be equipped with a camera, microphone, and stable internet connection.
PLEASE NOTE: Online exams cannot be completed using a tablet, iPad, Chromebook, or other smart devices.
The IICRC Retest Team will email them to you within 2-4 business days.
If you did not receive a passing score of 75%, you are eligible for two Retests.
Your must register and complete your retest within 45 days of the exam scoring date.
If you did not receive a passing score of 75%, you will get one additional opportunity to Retest.
Your must register and complete your second retest within 45 days of your first Retest scoring date.
If you did not receive a passing score of 75%, you must re-enroll in the Certification and Retake the exam.
The Retest fee is $80 (MRS is $200).
Please allow 4-5 business days for exam results to be processed.
Your examination results will be sent to the email provided on your IICRC Exam registration.
A passing score will result in official Certification documents arriving by mail within 2-3 weeks.
