• Identify materials, assemblies, remodeling methods, or building construction (based on region and age) prior to assessing damages in light commercial and residential restoration projects.
• Understand the ability to save or replace building materials on different jobs.
• Understand the influences that different materials and assemblies have upon remediation, mitigation, and restoration techniques.
