How to get started:
1) If you don’t already have a profile on Higher Logic Workspace, you will need to create one. Email Stephanie at stephanier@iicrcnet.org to receive your invitation email and get the process started.
2) Once you have a profile, you’ll use this link to log in: https://workspace.iicrc.org/HigherLogic/Security/Login.aspx?ReturnURL=https%3a%2f%2fworkspace.iicrc.org%2fhome

3) Upon logging in, you’ll see the “Latest Discussions” and “Recent Shared Files” boards. If you’re brand new to the platform, you may not have anything in these sections yet.
4) At the top of the page select “Communities” and then “My Communities” from the dropdown menu.
This will open a page that lists all groups you are part of on the Higher Logic Platform.

5) Once on your committee’s community page, you’ll see the “Latest Discussion Posts” on the home page. You can navigate through the tabs at the top to view the discussions board, library of documents, member roster, and finally “Workspace”.
6) Upon selecting the “Workspace” tab you’ll be able to see the different sections of your community page. Select which section you want to view from the left-hand side of the page.
7) The “Documents” section will house all documentation pertaining to your committee. Meeting minutes, CPDs, exam forms, etc. will be here.

8) The “Ballots” section will be the place on Workspace where you go to cast your official vote. When a ballot is open, you will see it listed in this section and will be able to click it and cast your vote.
9) Don’t forget to participate in discussions using the “Discussion” tab at the top of the page. You can select the thread subject you want to read and/or reply to within the discussion board.
(These messages are not private. Please keep in mind that all members of the group can see your comments on the discussion board.)
