Joseph Hoffman | Managing Partner

Hi, I’m Joe! I’ve been in the insurance/employee benefits industry for 12 years. The part I enjoy most is helping small business owners attract and retain talent so they can grow their business. I’m very fortunate to be supported by an amazing team of experienced insurance professionals; my team becomes your team. 

My business partner, Leon and I started The Helios Group to serve as a platform for the solutions we bring to the business community. Benefits Education, Enrollment Services, Association Solutions, and Corporate Wellness. We have a lot of fun but take our roles seriously.

Hi, I’m Leon! I have been a benefit counselor and I’ve also worked in wellness for 13 years. My passion is to bring more wellness into the corporate scene and make these programs more accessible for the surrounding communities.

The Helios Group was started to offer creative solutions for exclusive benefits as well as wellness programs. We are partnered with the IICRC to offer exclusive benefits for their employees and we only plan to expand our reach.
